Meet the Co-Conveners

Dr. Elaine M. Flake, author of "God In Her Midst and National Chaplain for The Links Incorporated,  is the 48-year retired pastor of the Greater Allen AME where she served alongside her husband, the Honorable Floyd Flake. She holds esteemed degrees from Fisk University (B.A. - English), Boston University (M.A.- English), Union Theological Seminary (M.Div.), and Union Theological Seminary (Ohio - D.Min.). Dr. Danielle Brown is the Senior Pastor of Shiloh Baptist Church in Plainfield, New Jersey. Dr. Brown serves on the Perth Amboy Mayor’s Strategic Planning Team, 100 Days Committee in the City of Perth Amboy, and was elected to the Perth Amboy Board of Education. Dr. Brown has the following earned degrees from Viriginia State University (B.S. and M.A. - Education), New Brunswick Theological Seminary (M.Div, M.A), and Palmer Theological Seminary (D. Min).
